Project Flow

Schuylkill Products, Inc. maintains “in-house” control of a project from order to delivery. Utilizing company operated departments, each performing and coordinating departmental functions to keep all communications flowing internally. Engineering operations include beam design efforts, fabrication shop drawing preparation, communication to gain customer needs for accessories, communication with production. Production operations key off customer delivery requirements. Operating with six (6) prestressing beds, combinations of all product types continually flow through the facility. Quality Assurance is recognized a key liaison with the multiple State inspection offices. Maintaining compliance with each unique specification requirement is paramount to producing a quality product. Transportation operations require constant communication with the customers to insure timely deliveries. Schuylkill Products, Inc. owned and operated fleet provides customers a single source contact for critical scheduling. All logistical and administrative functions from application of permits, control of escorts, coordination with State Police and local news bulletins for the traveling public are all critical pieces of this demanding operation.
